LET US BE A PART OF YOUR LEAN JOURNEY!

With recent events related to COVID-19 Cambridge has enacted a temporary nonessential visitor ban. This is to ensure the safety and health of both our employees and visitors to our facility. This means that, for the time being, we will not be hosting in-person tours.

We are exploring new ways to share our lean and cultural learnings with you, including guided virtual sessions to meet our people and see their lean improvements firsthand.

Currently, we are able to showcase our Daily Rhythms, including our Morning Meeting experience, and give a glimpse into how Lean is embodied at Cambridge. See dates and registration information below!

Option 1 - Cambridge Daily Rhythms

We recommend this option for those companies that have heard about Cambridge’s culture and engagement but are not sure how or if it will work in their workplace. This is a basic introduction to what we do. It includes a brief introduction with one or more of our Enterprise Team Members, a peak into our GEMBA meeting, a visit to our Morning Meeting, and wraps up with a Q&A session. This tour stresses our culture and employee engagement. Sign up below!

Option 2 - St. Louis Lean Consortium through AME (Association for Manufacturing Excellence)

Get more involved and learn from companies throughout the region. The Association for Manufacturing Excellence has a Consortium in St. Louis just for you! A place that lean practitioners can learn, share and grow together. For more information or to join, visit https://www.ame.org/ame-st-louis-consortium

Option 3 - Connect with us on social!

Follow the #enrichinglives and #gloryanddignity hashtags to see examples of a people-centric culture. Be sure to share your story and tag us so we can help celebrate your successes!
